Notable mention is West is the same 99 sq yards long as the new HS that will be built in a smaller acreage than West. And in case you were wondering, No! none of the $46mil in cosmetics and maintenance completed in 2006 will be paid for before PSD plans to demolish it in 2030.
East was over hauled in 2005 and the roof was covered with a temporary lining in 2025.
